Description

As a host, you welcome customers warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.You inform customers of the current brand promotional event and who will be their point person to ensure a smooth handoff to the brand ambassador. You answer customer questions and direct them to the right place and or person. Use visual cues to manage the flow and provide accurate wait time to incoming customer if needed. We like to say that you are the bandmaster. 

Additional Requirement

• Approachable and a good listener.
• Ability to manage time effectively and stay composed during peak time.
• Multilingual ability is a plus
• You’re passionate about UTURN PROMO and eager to share that passion with others.
• Be flexible with your schedule. Ideally available to work some evenings and weekends. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
• Ability to travel
